Reviewing and auditing supplier obsolescence and cancellation claims
Validating costs
Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
Preparing detailed audit reports for internal and external stakeholders
Reviewing assigned supplier claims
Auditing supporting documentation
Preparing audit files and recommendations
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine settlements
Tracking open claims to ensure timely resolution
Qualification
Required
Experience in auditing, finance, purchasing, tax, or cost analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and Conditional Formatting
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple claim reviews and meet deadlines independently
Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and cost factors such as labor, materials, and profit
Successful completion of background check
