Customer Service Representative
TLI - Transco Lines, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to interview customers and record information for service. The role involves communicating with customers via phone and email, managing order entries, and coordinating with Fleet Managers regarding load changes.

Responsibilities
Communicate by phone and email to ensure timely and effective response. Role model the Company’s commitment to customers
Check order entries for accuracy and update orders with rates
Order Entry
Communicate load changes or issues to Fleet Managers in a timely and accurate manner so that the driver can be advised
Notify Customers locations of upcoming deliveries
Manage damaged freight issues in coordination with Safety/HR and the customer
Exhibit attendance that indicates your commitment to the job; help out and cover for co-workers whenever needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
Knowledge of TMW Database software
