Responsibilities

Perform technical and functional work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, Informatica, and PL/SQL
Support a business intelligence and analytics team by developing requirements and conducting technical testing
Lead troubleshooting and implementation efforts in production environments
Develop and provide guidance on test plans, test data, and analysis of test results
Manage data warehouse concepts and relational database activities
Contribute to system migration and optimization initiatives, including data modeling and formatting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system performance
Document processes and provide technical expertise to support agency needs

Required

A bachelor's degree is required for this role
Top Secret Clearance
5+ years' experience with SQL, data modeling, and format design
5+ years' experience in ETL processes and PL/SQL development
5+ years' experience in data warehouse concepts and relational databases
Proven technical testing, troubleshooting, and implementation skills in a production environment
Hands-on experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and reporting tools

Preferred

Experience with Informatica
Ability to develop and guide test plans and test data management
Familiarity with agency or government data systems
Knowledge of cloud-based data architectures
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
