Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain piping systems for water, steam, gas, air, and other fluids in commercial buildings
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with building systems using blueprints, schematics, and diagnostic tools
Execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide timely solutions to minimize operational disruptions
Collaborate with engineering teams and external contractors on complex projects and system upgrades
Document work performed, maintain accurate maintenance records, and report on system conditions

Required

High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of pipefitting and general maintenance experience
Ability to read a blueprint
Knowledge of Stainless Steel, PVC, and Copper piping standards, tolerances, & capabilities. (Cutting, bending, and assembling pipes)
Proficient in using hand tools
Someone that can work as a team, work independently and self-motivated
Experience in adding/replacing valves
Familiar with using volt meter

Preferred

Some welding experience would be preferred (TIG, MIG, or stick welding)
Journeyman Pipefitter certification or equivalent trade certification
Previous experience in commercial real estate or facility management
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
