Head of Growth Marketing
Patrice and Associates Franchising LLC is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead their growth and customer lifecycle strategy. This role focuses on driving recurring revenue and improving customer engagement through analytical and creative marketing leadership.

Responsibilities
Improve CAC/LTV efficiency through data-driven insights, funnel performance analysis, segmentation, and optimization
Partner with Revenue Management to identify growth opportunities, define KPIs, and inform strategic investment decisions
Evaluate channel performance, cost structures, and ROI to strengthen marketing effectiveness
Build lifecycle programs and engagement journeys that drive repeat usage, recurring revenue, and long-term customer value
Develop targeted nurture programs that support onboarding, expansion, retention, and reactivation
Collaborate with Customer Success and Digital to ensure lifecycle programs enhance customer experience and reduce churn
Lead the development of high-impact, cross-channel growth campaigns that generate demand and accelerate revenue
Collaborate with the Marketing Director and marketing team on creative concepts, messaging frameworks, and campaign execution
Create scalable growth playbooks that support new product, feature, and partnership launches
Guide company-wide marketing strategy while empowering the Marketing Director to lead daily operations and team management
Ensure marketing programs align with GTM strategy, revenue targets, and customer engagement goals
Provide strategic oversight and creative direction without disrupting existing team structure and workflow
Partner with Sales on GTM alignment, enablement, and campaign support
Collaborate with Revenue Management on revenue analytics, reporting, and insights-driven strategy
Work with Customer Success to strengthen onboarding, lifecycle engagement, and customer experience
Align with Product and Technology on positioning and messaging for key initiatives, integrations, and new offerings
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years in growth marketing efforts in both B2B and B2C (B2Professional) marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing
Proven expertise improving CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, and recurring revenue performance
Experience leading growth-focused campaigns across multiple channels
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills; ability to translate insights into high-impact execution
Exceptional cross-functional communication and leadership capabilities
Experience working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
Executive presence with the ability to influence strategic direction
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work directly with senior leadership and external partner executives
