Responsibilities
Partner with various cross org finance and business teams to evaluate financial trade-offs and steward US Prime toward new strategic opportunities
Evaluate key initiatives and processes to drive alignment and consistency in measurement of program performance
Be able to take ambiguous and unmeasured challenges and develop a framework with KPIs to measure team success
Perform market research using internal and external data sources and synthesize complex and nuanced data into key actionable takeaways for senior leadership and partner business teams
Lead automation efforts of critical processes
Lead monthly/quarterly/annual planning and forecasting cycles
Qualification
Required
5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science), or MBA and 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
Preferred
MBA, or CPA
Knowledge of SQL/ETL
6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
