They are seeking a part-time Business Development & Referral Partnerships Representative to build trusted referral partnerships and represent the company within the community. The role involves community outreach, prospecting, client support, and maintaining visibility through networking events.

Family

Responsibilities

Build and maintain partnerships with senior living communities, real estate professionals, and estate service providers
Serve as a trusted, consistent point of contact
Maintain visibility through community visits and networking events
Share educational resources and support informational sessions
Conduct thoughtful outreach by phone, email, and in person
Qualify referral relationships and coordinate next steps
Guide clients in visualizing how their belongings will fit into smaller homes or condos
Provide practical space planning and downsizing support
Ensure smooth handoffs for deeper consultations
Track outreach and referral activity
Share insights on trends and opportunities

Reliable transportation for local travel

Preferred

Space planning, staging, interior layout, or downsizing experience strongly preferred
