Operations & Executive Support Manager
Katherine Jetter Ltd. is a premier luxury jewelry boutique known for its curated selection of high-end pieces. They are seeking an Operations & Executive Support Manager to support the leadership team and manage daily operations across their Nantucket and Boston locations.
Responsibilities
Proactive Operations Management: Oversee daily operations for both the Nantucket boutique and the Boston office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. This includes inventory checks, store setup in Nantucket, and office organization to maintain operational excellence year-round
Sales Reporting & Vendor Communication: Take charge of tracking and reporting daily sales to vendors, ensuring that all data is accurate and communicated promptly. Take the lead on following up with accounting and confirming everything is accounted for
Client Experience: Support the sales team in providing outstanding service to clients by handling inquiries, tracking repairs, communicating pertinent information to the sales team, and maintaining excellent service standards
Executive Support: Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials
Shipping Coordination: Manage both incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all packages are processed, tracked, and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinate logistics for shipping, working with external partners to resolve any issues that arise
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and organized inventory records. This includes managing stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, and flagging any issues. Additionally, maintain inventory entries for the website, updating product details and quantities, and entering new product information as it arrives
Marketing Support: Liaise with the marketing team to ensure operational efforts align with ongoing promotional campaigns. Assist with promotional material preparation and support marketing initiatives when needed
Logistics Coordination: Oversee package deliveries between the Boston office and the private salon in Newton, ensuring that items are delivered promptly and accurately and floating between the two locations as needed

1-3 years in an executive assistant, administrative, or operations role
Comfortable with switching tasks, locations, and responsibilities throughout the year
Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
Preferred
Experience in sales tracking and vendor communication is a plus, especially within a retail or luxury setting
