Responsibilities

Create and maintain the Fiscal Operating Plan, ensuring it acts as a key tool for all teams to successfully execute the fiscal plan
Create and maintain visible central tracking of progress & milestones across all marketing functions to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are produced in a timely manner
Communicate with global cross-functional partners across marketing development and enablement programs to successfully deliver against objectives
Identify gaps and improve existing processes across the marketing teams and cross-functional partners, to improve deliverables and enhance business impact
Create, compile, and maintain documentation (knowledge-base) for the marketing team’s operational workflows and make best practices readily available
Facilitate budget ops, manage budgeting tools, and monitor allocations

Required

5+ years in operations, with experience in marketing, subscription services or games
Clear and effective communication skills
Project management skillset; ability to track a multitude of tasks and coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
Experience building operational best practices, new processes, and tools (hands-on)
Demonstrated organizational and strategic thinking skills, ability to identify gaps in process and design unified solutions that work across multiple cross-functional teams
Stellar attention to detail, will often be working with tasks that require a keen eye
Comfort with a fast-paced cadence, working across a wide breadth of initiatives
Willingness to travel as required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Experience in leading meetings with, and presenting to executive leadership
Experience with Creators and/or App Developers
Experience with AirTable, Wrike and other similar platforms
Experience doing annual business or marketing planning
