Creating project timelines

Ensure projects are completed on schedule
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Xactimate, Project Management, including planning, organization, and leadership skills
Experience in Expediting and Expeditor functions to ensure timely completion of project goals
Strong expertise in Inspection processes for quality assurance and compliance
Understanding of Logistics Management to streamline operations and resource allocation
Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Preferred
Knowledge of water, fire, and mold mitigation processes is highly desirable
Relevant certifications or previous experience in restoration or mitigation projects are a plus
