Responsibilities
Handle various account and cash reconciliations including daily, weekly and monthly reporting for a few properties
Month end close, approve AP and prepare sale and occupancy tax reports
Perform daily PMS verifications, oversee tracking of ACH check postings, post journal entries
Manage income audit revenue for projects
Assist hotel properties with collection efforts
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting
3+ years of experience
CPA is preferred
Needs to have experience in either: Real estate, multi use
Experience with draws
Highly proficient in Excel and strong attention to detail
