Responsibilities

Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure US Informatics revenue goals are achieved

Act as a liaison between Commercial, Engineering, and other Operational Teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project efforts

Analyze operational data to identify insights and translate into actionable initiatives

Define and enforce project delivery best practices, tools, and templates to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 8 Project Managers and a Training Specialist

Accountable for delivery of the training plan, including creation, activation, and continuous improvement

Serve as an escalation point for portfolio risks, conflicts, and resource constraints

Align portfolio execution with company goals and strategic priorities

Lead Portfolio Governance, ensuring prioritization, resource allocation, and visibility across all active and planned initiatives

Monitor portfolio health and report on key metrics to leadership

Drive continuous improvement in delivery, methodology adoption, and team performance

Support change management initiatives to enable adoption of new delivery methods

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master's preferred

7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven experience in portfolio management, leadership, and training program development

Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Medical technology experience and familiarity with laboratory terminology

Master's degree in Information Technology, Marketing/Communications, Health Administration, or a Related Field

Management Consulting experience from top tier consulting firm (Accenture, Deloitte, West Monroe, etc.)
