They are seeking a Revenue Integrity Senior Analyst to serve as a key resource in the collection and analysis of data for reports, oversee management reports, and support charge capture activities to ensure accurate billing.

Responsibilities

Serve as key resource/SME in collection and analysis of data from multiple sources for the development of reports and statistical information

Compile analytical and statistical reports as needed

Formulate, define and recommend scope and format of reports

Oversee provision of ad hoc management reports

May provide leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff on how to access reports and interpret the data

Identify data trends and make recommendations for quality improvement

Support and maintain reporting regarding all charge capture activities including CDM maintenance and workflows to clinical departments

Review and reconcile charges from clinical documentation, surgical logs, and nursing records to ensure accurate assignment of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM codes

Perform audits and reconciliations of electronic health records (EHR) to ensure services provided are billed appropriately and supported by documentation
