Responsibilities
Be the ultimate star greeter — welcome every guest with energy, excitement, and a big New York smile!
Assist with tickets, admissions, and guest questions so everyone’s red-carpet moment starts off perfectly
Keep the attraction running smoothly — manage lines, monitor exhibits, and ensure guests are having an amazing, safe time
Snap a few laughs, share fun facts, and bring the “wow” to every interaction
Keep your area clean, organized, and ready for its next close-up
Rock your sales skills — help guests discover must-have souvenirs and upgrades
Follow health, safety, and security guidelines to keep the experience safe for all
Qualification
Required
6 months – 1 year experience working in ticketing/admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred
Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests
Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns
Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
