Engineering Program Manager, Customer Systems

Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the success of your projects, steering them from concept to launch with laser focus on execution
Confidently navigate multifaceted environments, building strong relationships and smoothly resolving conflicts
Work seamlessly with engineers, product owners, and strategic partners, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed
Efficiently manage resources, monitor timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks
Maintain a relentless focus on execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery while paying meticulous attention to detail
Work closely with infrastructure solution architects, DevOps engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Manage funding & invoices for consulting team members on the team via quarterly Statements of Work (SOWs), purchase requisitions, approve monthly invoices & manage onboarding & off-boarding
You'll be in the driver's seat, from business requirements analysis and technical design discussions to testing and partner collaboration
In this role, you’ll partner with world-class engineers and cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, instrument and analyze systems, and deliver scalable, intuitive solutions that elevate how customers connect with Apple
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Project Management supporting software engineering teams
Experience working across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
Proven ability to define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines aligned with business objectives
Preferred
Familiarity with multimedia customer engagement channels such as voice, chat, and email
Exposure to hands-on experience with machine learning concepts and applications
Experience working with third-party vendors, including software providers and external resources
Familiarity with managing funding for consulting team members on the team via quarterly Statements of Work (SOWs), purchase requisitions, approving monthly invoices and other vendor-related processes
Experience partnering with Quality, Compliance, and Legal teams on initiatives involving GDPR, accessibility, and related standards
