Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and execute aggressive recruiting strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality Care Professionals
Ensure 100% compliance with IDPH (Illinois Department of Public Health) regulations and Home Instead standards
Analyze turnover data, implement innovative retention programs, and plan culture-building events like meetings for our Care Professionals and team parties
Oversee the professional growth of our staff through formal reviews, counseling, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a culture of accountability and excellence
Research and implement new HR technologies and maintain competitive wage/benefit packages (Health, 401k) to keep us ahead of the market
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in HR Management, ideally in a high-volume recruitment environment (healthcare or home care experience is a significant plus)
Familiarity with Illinois labor laws and IDPH regulations
Experience with HRIS, ATS, or scheduling software (experience with Clear Care is a plus)
Ability to manage and develop a team (Administrative Assistants and Recruitment Coordinators)
A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
