Flexspring is a fast-growing HR integration platform company that helps organizations automate the flow of data between various systems. As a Bilingual Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor for customers, driving adoption and ensuring they see measurable value from the platform.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring high retention rates and proactive risk mitigation
Identify opportunities to expand customer usage of our iPaaS platform, positioning additional integrations and services
Develop customer advocates and secure referenceable clients through success stories, case studies, and participation in marketing initiatives
Build strategic account plans to align customer objectives with our integration roadmap
Partner with Product and Sales teams to bring customer insights back into the business and influence roadmap decisions
Measure and communicate the business impact of our integrations to stakeholders, showing clear ROI
Serve as the primary post-sale contact, building long-term partnerships with HR, IT, and Finance leaders
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success or related roles in SaaS / HR Tech
Strong track record managing renewals and driving upsells within existing customer accounts
Experience building executive-level relationships and securing customer references
Understanding of HR systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, UKG, Paylocity, etc.) and the challenges of HR data integration
Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce
Excellent negotiation, and presentation skills
Data-driven mindset with ability to articulate business outcomes and ROI
Excellent communication in French and English
Preferred
Experience with HR or financial data integrations
