Responsibilities

Cultivate and expand relationships with institutional clients and high-value prospects
Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering actionable market insights, data points, and investment ideas daily
Drive account growth through new account acquisition, increased wallet share, and strategic monetization of firm resources
Facilitate meaningful connections between research analysts and institutional counterparties
Coordinate executive roadshows, connecting portfolio companies with key institutional investors
Generate engagement for Wedbush-sponsored events and thought leadership initiatives
Maintain real-time awareness of client portfolio strategies, investment themes, and evolving needs
Deliver comprehensive client reviews and market intelligence to senior management
Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, pipeline development, and relationship health
Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (Business, Economics, or related field preferred)
5+ years of institutional equity sales experience at a senior/producing level with demonstrated success
Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
Proven ability to establish, grow, and maintain institutional relationships with measurable results
Established network of top-tier institutional and middle-market clients
Superior ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with presence and polish
Self-starter mentality with the discipline to work independently and collaboratively
Advanced skills in Excel and financial technology platforms
Hunger to expand your institutional footprint and personal brand
