You’ll come up with high- and low-conviction bets, and we’ll run experiments together with a single unifying goal: What helps us grow faster? What helps us retain better?
You’ll have a lot of agency, so judgment and bias for action are key
Qualification
Required
Ability to devise and execute strategies on the margin
Experience in running experiments and measuring variables
Judgment and bias for action
Strong communication skills to present ideas and suggestions
Preferred
Experience in customer acquisition or growth strategies
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization
Interest in working closely with a founding team
