Responsibilities
Support revenue acceleration through deal strategy, partner enablement, and sales execution
Identify bottlenecks in pipeline creation, conversion, and expansion
Evaluate sales, partner, and customer success motions for effectiveness and scalability
Provide clear recommendations on structure, process, incentives, and GTM strategy
Act as a thought partner to the Executive Team on prioritization and execution tradeoffs
Deliver periodic assessments of what is working, what is not, and why
Qualification
Required
Experience in revenue strategy and execution
Strong analytical skills to assess revenue performance
Ability to identify and solve complex go-to-market challenges
Experience in sales execution and partner enablement
Proven track record of evaluating sales and customer success motions
Strong communication skills to provide clear recommendations
Experience working closely with executive teams
