Responsibilities

Establishing lending objectives, strategies, and practices to meet financial, service, and growth goals
Leading business development efforts to expand commercial and business lending opportunities
Managing and monitoring the commercial loan portfolio to ensure strong credit quality and risk management
Conducting financial analysis and evaluating loan applications to make informed, policy‑aligned lending decisions
Coaching, developing, and managing a high‑performing commercial lending team

Qualification

Required

10+ years of lending experience, including 5+ years in a leadership or management role
Experience with commercial lending systems, credit analysis tools, financial statements, and cash‑flow evaluation
Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Ability to meet all internal and external compliance requirements; no clearance required
