Wealth Advisor I/II
Central Pacific Bank is seeking a Wealth Advisor I/II to provide professional investment and life insurance advice while developing new business relationships. The role involves achieving financial goals, maintaining compliance, and enhancing the knowledge of employees regarding financial products.

Responsibilities
Participate in Bank sponsored internal/external events
Participate in Bank sponsored focus groups, initiatives, campaigns (lead or actively participate)
Production: Achieve budgeted amount of fee income based upon territory size, number of years of experience, and industry averages
Help business partners achieve their Investment Service fee income goals
Budget Goals: Help maintain expenses within approved budgets and support WA’s towards fee income goals
Efficiency: Complete required and requested reports on time and accurately
Actively seek opportunities to help prospects and customers and strengthen relationships through introductions and referrals to Wealth Management, Commercial & Consumer Divisions
Demonstrate the Bank’s core values by recognizing and being recognized by internal/external clients
Maintain internal service standards
Responsible for following internal procedures to achieve satisfactory internal, LPL, FDIC audits
Comply in a timely manner with all compliance requests
Keep abreast of regulatory and industry developments
Adhere to Bank policies and procedures
Attend required and elective training and workshops
Participate in a non-profit organization
Participate in professional group/organization
Obtain industry designations to broaden product/service skillset for financial planning, insurance, and fee-based platforms
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalency required
2+ years of experience in sales and delivery of financial planning, personal investment, and insurance products required for Wealth Advisor I
3+ years of experience in sales and delivery of financial planning, personal investment, and insurance products required for Wealth Advisor II
Insurance and securities licenses required
State of Hawaii Life, Health, and Disability Insurance license required
Producer (Agent Preferred) License required
Fully Licensed in FINRA including Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 required
Must be able to perform light physical work and to move or lift items including but not limited to boxes, files and papers up to 20 pounds unless otherwise as indicated
Must be able to operate and proficiently use standard office equipment, including phone, copier, personal computer and/or other work related mechanical or electronic devices and applications
Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with all internal and external customers
Must also be able to hear sufficiently to engage in daily discussions and interactions
Must be able to read and understand bank-related documents
Must be able to work in a conventional office setting, involving sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods of time
Must also be able to adapt to different work environments as needed to perform the job
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year university in Business or equivalent knowledge preferred
Experience in financial institution preferred
