Responsibilities

Develop, edit, and finalize landscape plans for national builders and site contractors

Create lot-specific landscape plans based on builder standards and modify existing plans as needed

Collaborate with the estimation team to understand and apply standard package requirements

Integrate site plans into AutoCAD and incorporate required design elements

Ensure all landscape designs meet builder specifications, regulatory requirements, and applicable codes

Produce advanced, custom landscape designs for higher-end or specialized projects

Stay current with county-approved plans, zoning codes, and regulatory updates to ensure compliance

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy

Required

Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field preferred

Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce compliant, build-ready plans

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
