Responsibilities

Facilitate and drive all Federal change request
Provide clear guidance to requestors on documentation and requirements
Coordinate, organize, and transcribe submitted change requests into Federal Change control ITSM tool: SDLC
Guide client on change review before and during change control board meetings
Coordinate Vendor Partner Change Control Board (VPCCB) voting
Assist in Change control continual process improvement
Organize and tracking documentation as change requests move through the approval process
Assist with weekly communication on change requests to varying levels of leadership
Schedule and attend change control meetings as needed
Able to work well solo and in a team member setting
Prioritize work appropriately
Create and manage project plans for integrated master schedules (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs)
Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan
Drive implementation by providing vision and direction

Required

3 to 5+ years of experience
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience with Federal change requests
Experience with documentation and requirements guidance
Experience with ITSM tools, specifically SDLC
Ability to guide clients on change reviews
Experience coordinating Vendor Partner Change Control Board (VPCCB) voting
Experience in change control continual process improvement
Ability to organize and track documentation through approval processes
Experience with communication on change requests to leadership
Ability to schedule and attend change control meetings
Ability to work well solo and in a team setting
Ability to prioritize work appropriately
Experience creating and managing project plans for integrated master schedules
Ability to monitor and report progress/changes against project plans
Ability to drive implementation by providing vision and direction

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
