Responsibilities

Handles complex global, plan and individual level adjustments and remediation projects

Processes complex bulk adjustments (Plan Mergers, Cross Contract Transfers, and Fund Mergers)

Handles the research and reporting of system issues related to OMNI, including analyzing the data and appropriately summarizing the issue(s)

Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for Operations and IT implementations

Processes Individual adjustments (Non-excess refunds, incoming and outgoing cash adjustments, loans, brokerage)

Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals

Performs complex calculations, as needed
