They are seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to assist in the design and implementation of complex electrical systems and coordinate project designs with clients and engineers.

Responsibilities
Computer Aided Drafting
Guided design of power distribution systems including: service entrance switchboards, engine generators, Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems, monitoring and controls systems, lighting and lighting control systems, fire alarm and security systems
Utilize basic engineering principles and practical design solutions
Attend job meetings & coordinate activities as required
Complete and submit weekly paperwork (timesheets, expense reports, etc.)
Short Circuit and protective device coordination studies using SKM power tools and ETAP
Work with clients, managers, and engineers to coordinate project designs
Qualification
Required
Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact with cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively
Outstanding initiative, well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with AutoCAD and/or REVIT is an advantage
Current student pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Driver's License Preferred, but not required
