Responsibilities
Lead Agile teams to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices
Facilitate meetings, demos, and decision-making processes to enhance team collaboration
Guide teams in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives for improved delivery efficiency
Utilize feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive quicker delivery
Manage action items and escalate impediments to maintain team transparency
Encourage self-organization within teams and motivate them to achieve iteration goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Three or more years of experience in Agile technology delivery
Five or more years of experience working within Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) teams
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders effectively
Preferred
Experience in business analysis, product/project management, or product development
Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions on an aggressive schedule
CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification is a plus
Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
