Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of customer service and coordinate all activities of Customer Service and Order Entry personnel
Provide and coordinate immediate solutions for customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention
Recommend effective resource utilization strategies
Define and implement productivity improvement measures for the department
Develop and standardize systematic approaches for process improvements
Communicate with internal suppliers and partners (Production, Supply Chain, Quality) regarding delivery times
Coach, evaluate, and motivate staff to achieve required competence levels
Develop personnel for career growth within the division
Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training, and development initiatives

Required

2-5 years of relevant business experience
Strong Management and leadership skills
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar. Combination of education and experience considered

Preferred

Pneumatic & Automation technology knowledge a plus
