Build internal tools, dashboards, and monitoring systems
Rapidly prototype and deploy solutions that improve customer experience
Collaborate across engineering, product, and operations
Participate in system design discussions and code reviews
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with backend frameworks, API design, and event-driven systems
Proven problem-solving and system design skills
Proficiency in a modern programming language (Go, Java, Kotlin, Python, Rust, TypeScript, etc.)
Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
