Astrolab is pioneering new ways to explore and operate on distant planetary bodies, designing and building commercial planetary rovers. They are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to assist with interview scheduling and candidate experience while supporting core People Operations functions.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles and teams in partnership with Recruiting

Partner with recruiters and other teams to ensure interviews, on-sites, and candidate communications run smoothly

Guide candidates through the on-site interview process, setting clear expectations and supporting a positive candidate experience

Coordinate interview logistics, including on-site details and candidate travel when needed

Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across People Operations and recruiting systems (Pinpoint, BambooHR)

Assist with applicant tracking system and HRIS administration, including role closeouts, follow-ups, and candidate communications

Own workflows tied to hiring, onboarding coordination, and early-stage employee setup

Help identify opportunities to improve people operations and recruiting processes

Support intern interview coordination, onboarding logistics, and people operations touchpoints as needed
