Responsibilities
You’ll own the day-to-day financial operations that keep Margle running, including payroll, benefits and deductions, commissions and bonuses, invoicing, vendor payments, and AR/AP
You’ll live in QuickBooks, keep records clean and current, and help ensure everything from client payments to internal compensation flows smoothly
You’ll also support reconciliations, internal reporting, and benefits-related tracking, all while maintaining confidentiality and a high standard of accuracy

Solid accounting experience
Strong QuickBooks skills
