Marketing & Social Content Manager
Midwest Vision Partners (MVP) is focused on improving and preserving vision through a network of ophthalmologists and optometrists. They are seeking a Marketing & Social Content Manager to lead social, video, and content execution, manage marketing initiatives, and ensure brand standards are met across various channels.

Responsibilities
Partner with marketing leadership on social and content strategy, campaign planning, and content ideation aligned with service-line growth and brand priorities
Own planning and management of the social and video content calendar, ensuring alignment with campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and brand messaging
Research ophthalmology industry trends, competitive content, and platform best practices
Develop social and video content concepts that translate clinical topics into engaging, patient-friendly storytelling
Draft and oversee social media copy and coordinate creative assets with internal and external partners
Manage end-to-end video production workflows, including briefing, scheduling, on-site coordination, physician guidance, approvals, and final delivery
Serve as primary point of contact for videographers and creative partners, providing direction on messaging, quality, and brand standards
Oversee asset management to ensure content is organized, reusable, and accessible across teams
Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and Google reviews using approved language, escalating issues as needed
Partner with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to define and track KPIs for social media, video, digital ads, email campaigns, and broader marketing initiatives
Analyze performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy, formats, and distribution
Support marketing initiative recaps and leadership presentations with visuals, metrics, and performance insights
Own and manage print marketing workflow from intake through delivery, including brochures, flyers, posters, direct mail, in-office signage, and event materials
Coordinate direct mail initiatives, including list management, versioning, timelines, and deployment
Manage vendors, approvals, timelines, and quality control to ensure accurate, on-time delivery
Ensure all print materials meet brand guidelines, messaging standards, and compliance requirements
Prepare and organize print-ready files, confirming specifications, quantities, and distribution details
Utilize the print portal to manage reorders, approvals, inventory tracking, and version control
Maintain organized records of artwork, templates, and past orders, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve consistency
Qualification
Required
5+ years of marketing experience with focus on social media, video production, content strategy, or digital campaigns
Proven experience leading content ideation and managing cross-functional production workflows
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and social scheduling/reporting tools
Working knowledge of video production workflows, creative processes, and content performance best practices
Experience managing print and offline marketing projects, including timelines, vendors, approvals, and cross-functional coordination
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and reporting tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in multi-location, agency, or healthcare settings
Demonstrated experience managing social media channels, content calendars, and campaign execution
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
HubSpot experience is a plus
