Responsibilities
Client Lifecycle Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants on institutional separate account lifecycle events, including onboarding, amendments, closures, custodial conversions, consolidations, and vehicle changes
Cross-Functional Coordination : Manage and coordinate lifecycle events with internal stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Investment, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution
Data Governance : Establish and maintain account data and structures in internal systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with firm standards
Client Services Leadership : Act as the central liaison for Operations, Compliance, Legal, Trading Desk, and other business units, providing clear communication and issue resolution
Process Improvement : Develop, implement, and enforce procedures to enhance efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction
Continuity of Service : Provide backup support for client associates during absences or transitions to maintain uninterrupted client service
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with 5+ years of relevant experience
Solid working knowledge and understanding of capital markets; experience with fixed income
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
Experience with Blackrock's Aladdin systems, not mandatory
