Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets as defined by management
Identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers within defined target markets and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
Research and build targeted account lists, identifying key buyers and influencers within prospective organizations
Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations to assess fit, need, and buying potential
Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Sales Executives and other sales team members
Develop and nurture relationships with prospective customers to progress them through the early stages of the sales/marketing funnel
Continuously refine outreach messaging and positioning based on market feedback, competitive insights, and customer needs
Accurately document activities, lead status, and pipeline progression within the CRM, and report on key performance metrics
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align on targeting, messaging, and lead generation strategies
Build and maintain strong product, market, and competitive knowledge, staying informed on relevant industry trends

Qualification

Required

1-2 years of inside sales experience
Knowledge of the Broadband Market. Knowledge of Layer 1 equipment a plus
Experience with CRM software
Strong competitive drive for success in reaching your goals
Demonstrated ability to receive and apply feedback, and continuously improve performance
Excellent communication skills
Results-oriented, highly productive, self-starter who can multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work on-site in the Redmond office daily
