Responsibilities
Conduct TBS assessments with clients in homes, schools, or community settings
Provide individual and group supervision to Bachelor’s and Master’s level TBS coaches
Assist in developing and facilitating in-service trainings for staff
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment teams to support youth success
Serve clients throughout San Diego County, Southern Orange County, and Riverside County
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Director
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in a related field (MA/MS)
Licensed LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psychologist in the State of California
Ability to pass DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Index background checks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
Valid California driver's license, personal auto insurance, and clean driving record in accordance with agency policy
Preferred
Doctoral degree in a related field (PhD)
Two years post-license experience and/or post-master's management experience
Medi-Cal billing, documentation, and charting experience
Bilingual in Spanish
