Responsibilities
Operating Haas and Hurco 3-, 4-, & 5-axis machines along with a Haas Lathe
Supporting the supervisor and team in achieving on time delivery & quality goals
Troubleshooting with machinists
Mentoring & training machinists
Supporting continuous improvement projects
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in multi axis machining
Knowledge of GD&T and inspection procedures
Strong troubleshooting skills & ability to solidify improvements
Strong interpersonal skills to include both written and oral communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet scheduled timelines
Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing
Ability to make sound decisions timely to improve results
Completion of Technical College, apprenticeship program or equivalent of training & experience
Preferred
Previous lead experience preferred or ability to demonstrate mentorship & training responsibilities
