Responsibilities

Monitors, investigates, and responds to security incidents across systems and networks

Manages and supports enterprise security tools, including:

EDR/MDR: SentinelOne

Privileged Access: CyberArk, BeyondTrust

Network Security: Palo Alto, Prisma Access, Imperva, Secure Browser

Email & Data Security: Mimecast, Barracuda, TrustArc, DMARC, PII Tools, DLP

Vulnerability & Auditing: Nessus, ADAudit

Endpoint & Monitoring: Tanium, Atera

Assists with PCI/SOX audit readiness and evidence collection

Recommends and implements security best practices, policies, and standards

Partners with IT teams to strengthen security across applications, cloud, and end-user environments

Supports other security initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed

Required

A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in information security within enterprise environments

Hands-on experience with some or all of the listed security tools and platforms

Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management principles, and compliance requirements such as PCI and SOX

Strong technical knowledge across cybersecurity domains and tools

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to respond quickly to incidents

Strong communication skills, able to explain complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Customer-service mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams

Self-motivated and adaptable; capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills

Ability to work at the Support Center consistent with the hybrid work policy

Preferred

Security-related certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, or CEH
