Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the lab, assist with project management, and initiate and lead programs
Manage partnerships with relevant institutions and stakeholders on behalf of the lab
Organize, schedule, or facilitate symposiums, workshops, webinars, seminars, trainings, or listening sessions
Maintain and organize confidential data pertaining to the workshops and trainings
Ensure compliance with program-specific regulations, grant requirements, and prepare and submit reporting
Respond to inquiries and handle communication with stakeholders and partners
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support the overall mission and objectives of the laboratory
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree + two years of related experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience)
Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) plus three years of experience in program management required
Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills also required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Communication, Marketing, or similar
3+ years of experience in project or program management
Experience supporting administrators, directors, or faculty leaders
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for engaging all stakeholders
Ability to utilize strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing environments and foster a collaborative work culture
Preferred
A Master's degree is preferred
