Responsibilities

Lead Workday deployments as the Delivery Director overseeing all delivery efforts and activities

Be responsible for advising clients on cloud computing systems and other available service-based technologies

Review, plan, and provide assistance to clients in end-to-end customer relationship management and human capital system implementation activities

Create, review, and advise on digital roadmaps from conception to post-implementation assessment

Plan, develop, and implement work processes and methodologies to support deployment

Have expert level knowledge and skills within a specific job area and robust understanding of the impact of work on other practices across the organization

Required

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'PUBLIC TRUST'; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred

Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of TEN (10) years delivering Workday knowledge for public sector clients; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of EIGHT (8) years delivering Workday knowledge for public sector clients. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as a MINIMUM of FOURTEEN (14) years delivering Workday knowledge for public sector clients

Expertise in theories, concepts, and principles to drive results for the consulting practice

Exhibits robust knowledge of project management

Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office, consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed

Preferred

Expert level knowledge and skills within a specific job area and robust understanding of the impact of work on other practices across the organization

Experience leading Workday deployments as a delivery director or similar
