Responsibilities

Help execute against our hiring goals, partnering with infrastructure and product engineering departments

Serve as a company brand ambassador as the first point of contact for many candidates

Understand how business goals impact the full hiring landscape and anticipate how organizational changes may impact hiring needs

Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and help them meet their hiring goals

Recruit top talent through sourcing on multiple channels, reviewing incoming applicants, sourcing candidates, and maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate

Innovate on ways to attract and source world class engineers

Identify process improvement areas and solutions, share and encourage best practices with the rest of the Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, and People teams to ensure every candidate has a positive experience

Develop a deep relationship with candidates by understanding their goals, values, and interests to match them to the right openings and strengthen the offer process

Assist on roles outside of Engineering and Product if open headcount volume warrants additional help
