Responsibilities
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews to capture business needs
Translate requirements into clear documentation (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
Validate requirements with technical teams and business stakeholders
Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure feasibility and alignment
Understand and articulate AI concepts (e.g., machine learning basics, generative AI use cases) and their impact on business processes
Assist in evaluating AI tools and platforms for suitability and integration
Navigate unclear or evolving requirements; proactively identify gaps and propose solutions
Research and synthesize information to clarify objectives and constraints
Document findings and decisions in a structured, accessible format
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing activities
Track progress, manage dependencies, and escalate risks/issues as needed
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven projects
Strong technical aptitude; ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and integrations
Familiarity with AI concepts and emerging technologies
Excellent documentation skills (process flows, requirements, user stories)
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments; ability to self-direct and figure things out
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Self-starter with a proactive mindset
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
Comfortable interfacing with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Passionate about leveraging AI to drive business value
Ability to work and deliver as a team
Preferred
Experience with AI/ML projects, data analysis, or automation initiatives preferred
Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services
