The Digital Solutions Lab Manager & Technical Lead will focus on supporting, maintaining, and validating digital dental manufacturing systems while providing remote technical support to customers nationwide.

Responsibilities
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot: 5axis dental milling machines
Sintering ovens
Resin Based 3D printers
Photogrammetry Technology
Perform calibration, validation, and performance testing of equipment
Maintain onsite demonstration and test rooms
Create, execute, and document test cases for product performance and workflow validation for existing solutions & new solutions
Assist customers with dental CAD/CAM workflows, including: Nesting strategies
CAM software optimization
Milling parameters and material selection
Maintenance of CNC machines to ensure long-term sustainability of production
Provide remote technical support via phone, video, and ticketing systems
Support internal teams with technical insights, testing feedback, and workflow improvements
Travel to customer sites is required for equipment support, training, or installations
Provide professional, customerfocused technical assistance in clinical or laboratory settings
Attend a few industry events per year, including the annual Lad Day Chicago, to ensure we are in line with the latest technology offerings and lead recommendations on new potential technology to bring into our 360 ecosystems
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a lab technician, technical support specialist, or similar role (dental or medical device experience preferred)
Hands-on experience with dental CAD systems such as Exocad, 3Shape (highly desirable), or Hyperdent
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with dental manufacturing equipment (milling, printing, sintering preferred)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
