Draft coverage opinions, reservations of rights, and related correspondence
Handle declaratory judgment actions and coverage-related litigation
Work directly with adjusters, risk managers, and corporate counsel
Contribute to strategy discussions rather than simply executing assignments
Qualification
Required
3-10 years of insurance coverage experience, including coverage analysis and/or litigation
Strong policy-interpretation, research, and writing skills
Comfortable managing matters independently and communicating with sophisticated clients
Interested in a balanced caseload with room for thoughtful analysis
Looking for a long-term platform rather than a churn-and-burn practice
