Responsibilities
Support and facilitate AI innovation workshops, capturing insights and translating them into actionable requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for AI initiatives
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews to capture business needs
Translate requirements into clear documentation (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
Validate requirements with technical teams and business stakeholders
Partner with solution architects and developers to ensure feasibility and alignment
Understand and articulate AI concepts (e.g., machine learning basics, generative AI use cases) and their impact on business processes
Assist in evaluating AI tools and platforms for suitability and integration
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing activities
Track progress, manage dependencies, and escalate risks/issues as needed
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager in technology-driven projects
Strong technical aptitude; ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and integrations
Familiarity with AI concepts and emerging technologies
Excellent documentation skills (process flows, requirements, user stories)
Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Strong facilitation and communication skills for workshops and stakeholder sessions
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and manage ambiguity
Ability to work and deliver as a team
Consulting experience and a proactive mindset
Preferred
Experience with AI/ML projects, data analysis, or automation initiatives
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services
