Mac OS X knowledge required

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues

Verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable in a diverse and fast-paced environment
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Desire to work with network and server management support
Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment
Preferred
Knowledge regarding Office 365; G-suite
Network troubleshooting and advanced configuration DNS, IP, SMTP and DHCP
Windows Server setup and configuration and PowerShell
Certifications for cloud track Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft MCSE, MCSA track
