Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by developing new relationships and deepening existing ones
Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals by expanding loans, deposits, and cross-selling bank products like Treasury Management Services
Structure, negotiate, and close complex loan transactions while ensuring a deposit component is included in every new relationship
Respond promptly to client requests, delivering efficient and personalized service to meet their financial needs
Partner with internal teams (Risk Officers, Treasury Management, Client Services) to deliver a seamless, full-service client experience
Review and underwrite loan requests, monitor portfolio quality, and proactively address potential issues to minimize risk and ensure compliance
Represent the bank at social functions, business development events, and through association memberships to grow the Private Client Group clientele
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of lending experience, with a proven track record of developing new loans and deposit business
Strong relationship management, sales, and marketing skills
Ability to structure and negotiate complex loan transactions
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required
Commitment to delivering the highest level of client service with prompt and efficient responses to client needs
Strong understanding of financial products, credit policies, and the private banking market
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience, may be considered
Preferred
Formal credit training preferred
Master's Degree, preferred
