Responsibilities
Manage projects day to day while onsite and collaborate with sales and operations teams
Install and configure Control4 audio video systems
Install and program Lutron HomeWorks lighting solutions
Install and integrate Sonos audio systems
Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing automation systems
Perform system takeovers from other providers with a focus on stability and performance
Communicate professionally with homeowners, estate managers, designers, and builders
Travel to job sites in a company provided vehicle
Maintain a clean driving record and professional jobsite presence
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Control4, Crestron, and Lutron systems
Experience with residential audio-video installation including lighting controls and motorized shades
Familiarity with Sonos audio systems, LUMA surveillance cameras, and OVRC-enabled devices
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team (clients, estate managers, designers, and builders) to deliver tailored smart home solutions
Comfortable with attic work and low-voltage wiring
Residential Audio Video Installation: 3 years required
Preferred
Experience with other high-end control platforms
Knowledge of SnapAV product integration and programming
Networking and basic programming experience
