They are seeking a Software Engineer on the Core Financial Platform team to build and maintain systems for trading, financing, and fund management. This role involves backend-focused work, ensuring reliability and scalability across the platform.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain core trading, financing, and fund management systems
Design and architect backend services that orchestrate and reconcile complex money flows
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven systems
Participate in architecture discussions, planning, and code reviews
Own systems end-to-end, from design through production and iteration
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with modern backend frameworks, API design, and event-driven architectures
Proven architecture and problem-solving skills for complex systems
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Kotlin, Go, Java, Rust, C/C++, Python, Ruby, or TypeScript)
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern build systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Preferred
Experience building trading, lending, or asset management systems
Background in fintech or early-stage technology companies
Experience working in Kotlin backends
Experience with asynchronous workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal
