Responsibilities
Leading showroom tours
Initiating meetings (lunches, happy hours, etc.) with key stakeholders
Developing pricing and specification strategy
Traveling to job sites to oversee current installations
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree - Preferably in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture. Design adjacent experience will be considered
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in Adobe InDesign and Acrobat preferred
Experience with common 3D modeling programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc. preferred
Ability to identify and vet opportunities in alignment with encompas' business strategy
Skilled in executive decision-making and task delegation, leveraging team members' strengths
Experienced in leading project management and marketing teams to develop and present successful project proposals
Disciplined self-starter who can manage multiple projects at the same time with focus and accuracy, maintaining project budget and schedule
People-oriented and a successful communicator who is comfortable fostering connections in the market through a variety of channels
Skilled presenter who is passionate about sharing knowledge
Highly collaborative and enjoys helping others succeed –building and maintaining relationships is paramount
