Listing Agent | Base Salary + Commission
SBD Housing Solutions is a company that focuses on real estate sales and marketing. They are seeking a Listing Agent who will develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets, analyze market data, and market properties effectively.

Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally to create seamless transitions of flip product from acquisition or rehab/construction to sale
Analyze market data and trends
Recommend listing prices for inventory
List homes for sale on the Heartland Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
Ensure compliance with all MLS / MAR / KAR / KCRAR regulatory bodies
Responsible for marketing properties in collaboration with the Marketing team
Meet with homebuyers to assess the property and gather relevant information for listing purposes, including property condition, features, and pricing expectations
Negotiate offers and counter offers with Buyers and Buyers Agents to secure the best possible terms
Improve processes to maximize efficiency and increase department production
Track and report key performance indicators, sales goals, and forecasting for the company scorecard on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
Attend industry workshops to understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
Maintain conducive relationships with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, and escrow companies
Retrieve all necessary details required for paperwork preparation including closing statements, deeds, contracts, purchase agreements, and leases
Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality
Comply with company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
Proven experience as a Listing Agent in the real estate industry is required
A valid Missouri real estate license is required
A valid driver's license, an insurable driving history, and the ability to travel are required
Knowledge of local real estate market conditions, property values, and pricing strategies
Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office and other various software and technology to prepare presentations and draft property sales documentation
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
An honest individual with integrity
Organizational skills to manage multiple listings, documents, schedules and timelines
Willingness to learn and apply new skills to current tasks
